South Korea issues proposed amendments to Enforcement Decree and Enforcement Rules of the Industrial Safety and Health Act

The Ministry of Employment and Labor of South Korea issued legislative notices for proposed partial amendments to the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial Safety and Health Act and Enforcement Rules of the Industrial Safety and Health Act from January 31 to March 13, 2023, to enhance the rationality of the current system and to improve and supplement some deficiencies identified while operating the system.
